Nucleus's medical images and animations are seen by millions of people each month on WebMD, EBSCO Host, the SMART Imagebase, Healthwise, YouTube, MSN.com and thousands of other locations on the Internet, in print, and in broadcasting.

Nucleus has an immediate opening for an able, efficient, and productive PHP developer who will assist in developing various animation and visual content-focused web applications, for desktop and mobile deployment. The position will have the added benefit of working with a dynamic and highly experienced team in the flexible environment of a profitable, successful small business. Nucleus's visual content is unmatched, and enables the creation of stunning, showpiece products.
The candidate MUST meet the following requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
- Two or more years of website development experience, with demonstrably solid PHP skills
- Two or more years experience creating database-driven sites that are maintainable and cleanly implemented
- Quick, efficient worker, able to work productively with limited oversight
- Comfortable developing both PHP and HTML in a plain text editor, without WYSIWYG tools
- Confident, capable, and pleasant communicator, with the ability to write and speak clearly and concisely
- Ability to assess a task, formulate an approach, and implement the solution
- Willing to be a permanent, full-time, onsite employee during ordinary business hours
- Willing to work on an Apple workstation with Apple-compatible tools (TextWrangler, MacSFTP, Safari, etc.)
