This exhibit consists of a single board illustrating four steps of a posterior lumbar surgical fusion. There are no labels save for the title.rnrnThe four steps illustrated are an midline posterior incision from L4 to S1, a wronger created laminectomy, the placement of pedicle screws bilaterally from L4 to S1, and then the insertion and securing of rods and implantation of bone graft on both sides. By this last step there is an inset of the patient’s film picturing the insertion of the pedicle screws.
